help! cant start hair challenge!

I cant start the long hair challenge! ive logged in and out and the quest wont pop up! ivesaved my game and re download through the cloud and nothing. I restarted my device amd completely closed the game and I cant get it to start

I also just realized that the long hair is available for purchase at random in the store but no quest! it doesnt make sense!

Cool!! You have all 9 hairstyles? I thought I saw someone post on Facebook that they got the hairstyles but didn't get the quest. Hopefully they won't get taken away from you!

theyte not in the wardobe or salon, I never received the quest either and ive tried everything! I only have an optim to buy them for like $4 in the online store. im so frusrated

I'd contact Matt Kelly (EA Matt K) on Facebook. He gets less posts than the official Sims freeplay page so he is more likely to see it and try and help. And, of course, submit a ticket to Firemonkeys so there is an official record.

My quest didn't start either, I haven't updated since before death and I never get quests anymore... I'm on level 52 with 31 Sims and ready to overpopulate if that still works... Do you think it matters with no updates?

I dont think you can get any new items without updating. im on the latest update. :/
