Did you try log out at the FM site, clear cache and then log in again between your trials to submit a ticket? Sometimes it helps to get forward.
I did it twice but I still get the same message. I never had problem with submitting tickets in the past so I don’t know what’s going on. Thanks, anyway.

After reading a post on FB I looked for the rustic dining table and chairs in my home store. They are still missing.
Those are missing from my home store, too.

Sims now change into bathing suit when you select 'Get Sunburnt' on a poolside recliner.
Soapbox in park is now also 3 stars. I think this is from people complaining that simchase tasks took longer than posted.

Looks like there's a new weekly task: "Use a fashion studio to make red boots".

The stack of magazines also got 3 stars :)

Some infos from the German forum:
The big partitions now don't leave ugly traces on the floor at the storey above them.
The rustic fireplace can be placed again and the flames look normal.

While we still can't remove/change support posts from under a balcony or indoors without first removing the above balcony/room we now can at least remove/change the patios below.

The globe has been changed to 3 stars, too. (At the snow park and at home.)

Looks like the Firemonkeys have listened to the complaints while the first Simchase season :)

Firemonkeys had said that they were making the SimChases easier. Depending on how easier, I may give one of them a shot...

I just started the Season 2 event. So far it looks much easier. At least for Day 1 . I’m lousy at screen shots, but there is the usual check in a night-club, several activities that are only a few minutes, 2 2 hour activity ( park and reading ) and searching a refrigerator 8 times at 3 hrs each. So with multiple sims doing that one - could have the whole day done in less than 8 hours.
The park activity prices were still high - 300,000 simoleons for 2 hours. 12 SP for the half hour.

I too have started Season 2 and find it just like Desiree’s description above. However, I went to the park to check on the task with little Know-it-all and I’m certain the timer reverted back to restarting. I’m going to stay out of the park until the task is done! :o Was this happening in the last SimChase event?
It certainly screws up the full days time! Not happy! :x
