I said October 8th because of past patterns. And I was talking about my time zone; depending on where you are it might be the 9th. Of course this is all just speculation. I still believe it could come out today but it won't be until the evening (again, my time zone). I'm not expecting it for another couple of hours or so. To get a good idea of what times updates usually happen you can check out the times the Update Changes topics are posted. They are usually posted anywhere from immediately after an update has happened to about an hour after. That will tell you when you can generally expect an update to happen in your time zone.
