We still have to progress through the personal prizes to unlock the different craft stations to use. So while you may have them in your inventory they are unusable until you unlock them again.

Requirements

Candles - 18,300 (including the 50 for the foliage)
Pottery - 80,745
Jewelry - 76,850
Glassware - 58,500
Constructor Coins - 865

Restocking
7 actions are stocked when you purchase a station from the home store.

After those 7 are used it takes 2.5 hours to restock it for 9 uses or 10 SPs to restock for 18 uses. If you are using SP it is better to pay the 10 to get 18 uses as speeding up the 2.5 hour takes 9 SPs.

Placing a station into your inventory will take away any stocked uses left in that station. If you want to move a station to another lot it is best to do it when it has 0 stocked uses left.

More prizes that cost SP! I wish they would give us more ways to earn them. Some hobbies that give SP instead of LP, or something new.

On a more positive note, am intrigued by the angled chairs. I wonder which grid squares around them need to be empty in order for Sims to use them.

The new plants cost 13,14, and 15SPs. You can find the prices for all the new items here.

This event is going to drain me 😭
I really want the new hairstyles and angled chairs though... and the side tables with the decorations. Maybe the product shelves.

Hmm I can see all of this resource grinding is going to lead most of us nowhere in the near future with everything costing loads of SP after the first free one once it's unlocked. It really isn't good enough. They are lovely prizes that we would all love to do our houses up with but most of us won't be able to "afford" more than the free one :(

I'm counting on architect homes to get some of these items. But I know that those homes are expensive and not a good alternative for a lot of people. It is disappointing and I hope they don't continue this next year.

I do think that these events are imposssible to complete. I much preferred when these were community tasks to unlock all the items, it seemed more obtainable. I’m literally grinding with the eight sims on the quickest time with the two types of benches that I have unlocked, I’ve only unlocked the plants, but I don’t count that, and the coat stands. I’m so far off unlocking the next lots of Sims that can grind away on this :(. I don’t think i’ll Be anyway near unlocking it all in the 8 days I have left. Any tips?

I've only just unlocked the jewellery stations (started 29h ago), so I know that it's gonna be hard. I'd recommend having as many Sims working on it as possible - maximum amount of benches etc. The shortest option is the best one, if possible, try to get it done as often as possible. I'm refusing to set myself alarms at night and take the longer option instead, but that may prove to be problematic. Just keep grinding, and get as many candles as possible cause I'm betting that in the end, we'll all be short on Constructor Coins again. Fingers crossed that it'll work out :)
