Has anyone else had sims struck by lightning while standing outside? Twice now I have had a message pop up telling me that my sim was struck by lightning and is "feeling charged". Has this always been a thing when standing in a storm? A newly introduced way of inspiring sims (mine were already inspired with cake slices, so I can't tell whether that's what is meant by "feeling charged")? Or is it just a gimmick with the current Snow Problem quest?
Yes, my sims got struck by lightning quite a few times. Never had it happen before, probably because I never set the weather machine to create a storm lol. And it only happens to idle sims.

Yes, you're right. It's been a thing as long as we've had the weather machines.

Yes, you're right. It's been a thing as long as we've had the weather machines.
Ah, thanks. I thought it might have been, but I usually don't have sims standing around in the rain so I've never noticed this before!

Yep, I still have it too. Between the Dr. Freeze Fridge and the Drink Fridge. It's the third fridge from the end of the fridges (if that makes sense) before you get to the ovens.

I guess I'll just have to see if it reappears when I level up again...

We had another mini-update. So far I've only noticed that the 2x rewards for the paper boy are gone. It's a bummer, I wish they had left it for the whole update like last year.

The candy canes are back in inventory
A few weeks back I have noticed the Blue Oyster Bar has disappeared from the home store. Do you know when this happened?

I’m not sure whether this is new or whether I’ve just never noticed (as I usually dismiss them) but the paper boy at my police station had the workplace symbol in his bubble and gave resources rather than furniture.

I had not noticed the Blue Oyster Bar was even missing! That is strange. Do you think it happened with the Holiday update?
