That's the only place I can place the microphone as well. I think it's by design and not a problem. I don't think they planned on people wanting to place the microphone anywhere else.

Yes, I also can only place microphone on computer desk. I think it's the way the designers planned it.

If you buy the next level computer desk, you can move the microphone to the new one.

Did you try rotating it? It must face a certain way.

I wonder what could be going on? When I try to place the microphone on the desk backwards the microphone automatically rotates forwards to the "correct" position. It doesn't seem possible to even try and place it backwards (or sideways).

Can you post a screenshot of what happens when you try and place the microphone on the computer desk?
