new building taking months to finish, can't get update

Hi,
I started building the snow park over a month ago and it still has 2 weeks to go until it is finished. Now the update is out and I need to build the supermarket to buy the seed but I can't. I've had the update for a while and am anxious to get it up and running! Please let me knowhow what I can do to fix this!

I can't offer a definite working solution, but all I can think of is to reset and download your save data (of course upload your game to cloud prior doing the reset)
