Workplace problem

I have a problem that's been irritating me for days. My fully qualified Chief Nurse, who's been happily doing the job for ages, now abandons the 'Review Charts' task and displays the green footprints. There is nothing impeding her and it completes ok with an LP of course! I think those crazy long hospital shifts must have worn her down and she just can't face having to review one more chart
