I have yet to unlock this as I’m still saving up to buy what’s needed BUT I was thinking, I have the maximum number of sims so if I wanted a sim to have a baby, does that mean I have to kill someone off to make room? Also why does the level never go up? It’s like there is nothing to aim for. What is the point of getting xp if you can’t level up. Thanks

Yes, you would have to send a sim away to be able to make room for a new baby sim.

As for the levels - only FM/EA know the answer as to why they haven't added new levels since 2014.
