There are new architect homes!







There are 4 penthouses, too.

There are also two houseboats.

There are new architect homes.
A member of the German forum said, there are also a houseboat (repeat) and two penthouses. But I don‘t have access to them right now to take the pictures.

I really find it annoying that we have to have an empty lot just to view the houses. By this time, FM should have allowed house viewing without demolishing a house lot.

Here is the boathouse and the penthouses:

On large lot, house 1 is a repeat. 3 has a Dance Drop game not available in game any more. 5 has a Santa sleigh only available during a past holiday event. 5 (I think) has several of the round back loveseats that you had to buy with real money to get.

The 7th house on large lots is also a repeat house. It has 2 of the light water walls and one of the double dark recliners.

There are new architect homes.
No houseboats this time.





Four out of these 11 houses can be built on Standard lots as well.

I really wish they weren’t so outrageously expensive! Building that new School basically wiped me out and it’s been very slow going building up funds again. It’s getting to the point that there are only a few houses each time that I can afford. I’m afraid to even look at the prices for this batch.

The 4th penthouse is so well done. I dunno if the person who made it is on this board, but if you are... wow!
