Ha, so I’m not alone with this problem.

The game started crashing for me on the previous update on the aerobic hobby. Then I somehow made it fixed (changed clothes of that sim, tried other hobbies etc), but after the recent update, the game started crashing again exactly in the same way.

I remember your topic, here and was also thinking, the issue has been fixed by changing the clothes.

Today I tried the aerobic hobby again with my problem-sim.

She did aerobic in her outfit about 15 times in a row without the game crashing.
Then I had her cooking and changed her to pyjama or swimsuit.
She did aerobic again in her outfit.

Nothing bad happened, so I continued with 3 x aerobic, 1 x diving. No crashes while repeating these steps a few times.

Next was
3 x aerobic,
1 x cooking and
Change into pyjama or swimsuit
3 x aerobic and again ...
I could repeat this several times in a row without crashes.
When I stopped to change her into pyjama/swimsuit after cooking, the game crashed.

I‘m going to change my sim‘s clothes before they do the aerobic hobby again. They are supposed to cook, too, as I want to complete that collection card as well. I hope to avoid the crashes until the bug is fixed.

I've not had a game crash in ages. Not even during the last update with the aerobics hobby. Suddenly today its happening. I put my Sim into a big bunny suit and started the chocolate hobby after completing the aerobics event last update. She goes to work daily and then makes chocolates at home. Today she keeps crashing the game so I changed her clothes into normal clothes also did a quick change to her bathing suit and pjs. Still crashing! So I just am going to ignore her until I finish todays Xmas tasks.

During previous aerobics event I had two "problem" sims who did aerobics in their outfits and didn't change to activewear. However, my game never crashed. But when current event started those two sims provoke constant crashes. My game crashes not from time to time, but every time when they try to do aerobics. Luckily changing to swimsuit still helps. My town didn‘t have problems with the aerobics hobby during the previous update. Now there is another sim that doesn‘t change her clothes. Like before the game crashes when she goes back to aerobic after cooking. Changing to sleep- or swimwear before going back to aerobic still helps.

This is the first time that Joanna doesn‘t change her clothes. I wonder if this happens because she wore an aerobics outfit during the latest hobby event

Found another sim that wore an aerobics outfit during the hobby event. Marina doesn‘t change her clothes either.
