I had all of my Sims on various hobbies and planting. All of a sudden every one of them just stopped what they were doing and they're all just standing there.

It's still happening. Anyone.....?

That's what happens when your game crashes. Do you remember what you were doing when your game crashed?

My game just shuts off a lot. I'm not doing anything in particular. I guess there's nothing I can do about it.

You can save your game to the cloud often, especially when setting your sims to long tasks, and then if/when the game crashes again you could reset your game and download the saved data from the cloud. Your sims would still be working on their tasks as if the game hadn't crashed.

Also, are you by any chance using the aerobics hobby? There's a known issue where a sim could be causing the crashing with the aerobics hobby.
