No Downtown High School Update

I don't have the Update! The Play Store doesn't show an Update to The Sims Freeplay but my Husband's Device shows the Update and he's updated! We both use his Google Play Store Account for Apps, we just login separately to Facebook on our own Devices. the account's so we keep all App Purchases together. So we're aren't buying the same App, aka buying it twice.
I've got a separate Device with my Google Play Store account just for an additional Cloud Save and that doesn't show the Update either.
You'd think that being his Google Play Store Account and he's already Updated, it'd show up on both Devices, except it doesn't!
Any Ideas?
