Skateboarder house - cannot move ramp?

The vandalized border of the Pro Skater House looked perfect for the low-rent apartment complex I've got dreamed out. There would be a front office as a separate single-story building, a swimming pool, and a two-story L-shaped complex stretching to the back of the plot around the pool. I built the pro skater house, and lo and behold I'm not seeing any way to store or even move the skateboarding ramp! Am I missing something here?

Nope, unfortunately the ramp is not movable.

It would be nice if we could "move" it to a location of choice within the lot.

Perhaps it will eventually become movable/removable, just like the zen garden in the Japanese home...
