Party House

The car that comes with the house acts like any other car. It has a green light coming from under the car. It can be relocated to another house. Unlocking the house template also unlocks three Stretched SUVs in the Car Dealership:
Two items are unlocked in the home store upon purchasing the Party House template: Two items come in the Party house that are currently unavailable outside of the template: And more items from online store bundles are available in the house template:

La Caffineator, Activeated Fridge, and the Cross Trainer from the Fitness Bundle (these items can be seen in the Gym, too).

The Paradise Sity from the Paradise Parlour pack.

There are French Romance items including the Blanc Chaise which previously was only available in the Chateau template.

The infant bouncer and overalls are also limited items in the game. I was able to buy the bouncer at the online store but I haven't seen the overalls.

Those items aren't listed here because they are not truly limited time items. You could start a new game at any time and have a chance to win those items again because the quest (Nanny Knows Best - Infant overalls) and event (Musical Expression event - infant bouncer) for them are a permanent part of the game.

As it says in the opening post:

Does anybody feel that the stuff we are getting are just a rehash of prior stuff but in different skins? I wish FM would really be more creative in creating new stuff with different actions.

I like that we are getting something new, even old stuff with new skins but I don't like that we have to do so much grinding for these few new skins or colors.

I'm not really bother by it. I really love the diiffrent varietys of the same Items. It's makes my sims houses not look the same.
