Can the waterfall thing in the Japanese Retreat (and Player Designed House) and/or the skating ramp in the Pro Skater's Dream Pad be moved?
Can they be placed in your inventory and transferred to another house?

I wish! I tried, but they don't seem to detach from the lot

they can't... player designed house should have been created from a japanese retreat lot, that's why the fountain is the same position...
