Does anyone know what item I need to start the “Authentically Iconic” hobby (an ambitious Internet user attempts to gain Internet Fame). I haven’t seen this before and I can’t figure it out.

To answer my own question, I think it has something to do with a new quest called "Ultra Awesome". Probably have to finish that to access this new hobby.
