My Prim's surname is Shumacher...are there different ones out there this time?

Have downloaded but quest has not started. Got the change to the mystery box but that's it. Deleted and re- downloaded but still not working.

It's a discovery quest and won't start on its own.

You need to have completed the Simtown Express Quest. If you did, check for the Director in the park and click on him to start the quest.
