Too many PS3 (and a few PS4) games to list.

I don't play any other games on my Kindle or phone anymore. They started to bore me.
(PM me for /FB info.)
HFN - Starter House (Highest rated items. Includes haunted items and firepole)
Reindeer Refuge - Lot left of the firehouse (RR)
Haunted Houses (x2) - Marked with HH.

The Room. Spider. Found. Most of the other games are for my grand kids to play. Used to play all the "ville" games but no more. Angry birds. Ninja fruit. Jelly car. Kids love them. I'm really bad at candy crush and bejeweled but still play them occasionally. Got into Big Fish HOG's for awhile but they take up a lot of room so deleted them. Like the word games and love draw something but no one I know wants to play.

I used to play Nancy Drew games when I had a PC laptop. I have since changed over to a Mac laptop, and would love to try another ND game. The choices are so limited though. Anyone play Nancy drew on the Mac and have a game recommendation? I checked out the game HelenFP posted, Return to Mystery Island. It looks similar, interesting, and worth checking more into. I have only a few dollars to spend, and am ok with a game that has an ending.

Currently, aside from SFP (when I play), I like Words with friends, Matching with friends, and my sister talked me into What's the phrase. I'm not a daily player, but I keep up. But I used to be totally obsessed with these games, plus draw something, all the "ville"s (zynga and other makers), virtual villagers, virtual families, tycoon games, time management mania games, match 3's, angry birds, logic puzzles, and an odd game called Hexic. Throw in there some You'da games and random tribe or island games... and well, I wonder how I ever got anything done.
HFN 1: Starter House with haunted upstairs, 1 firepole: (22 West Side)
HFN 2 -Clue House with 4 firepoles: on island behind Tempest of Bliss (3 Bliss Drive)

I got back into playing the Mystery Case Files Series in my laptop. Also I obsessed about PLants vs Zombies 2 on my phone but since it eats a lot of space and RAM memory, I stopped playing with it and removed it in my phone.

Right now I have Candy Crush (trying to beat my older sister in all the levels) and subway surfers (trying to save up for the Mina character)

TV: 11,307,969
HFN, cat paradise, pet central : In-progress
Reindeer park: #3 East Side beside the Real State Company
HH: #21 West side just beside the starter house

I HAVE NOT UPDATED~!!

My favorite game is Pocket Frogs. I have two games going, one on my iPod and one on my iPhone. I have not played as much since the weekly sets stopped

Nobody's mentioned it, but I don't suppose anybody plays Second Life? I've been wanting to try it, but I'm so spoiled from my iPad, I don't wanna get on the PC to play! If it turns out that SFP isn't gonna change, I think I'll try that out. It looks really good!

Yes, been there, done that and still have the t-shirt.
First of all, it's NOT a game at all. It's a virtual universe with many worlds and locations. Most made by residents, few by Linden Labs.
You probably don't want to look like a newbie, so one of the first things you do is go around shopping. It's hard to find good quality freebies, but they're there. Since your avatar waggles like a duck, you'll need an animation overrider. Again you can find one or two for free, but most people buy them.

And that's where it begins. Almost everything costs money. Linden$ are in-game currency, currently going for around 250L$/1US$.
A decent working Animation overrider costs around 1000-1900 L$, so that's 8US$! Soon enough you'll find yourself interested in nicer outfits, hair, shoes and so on and so forth. See for examples: https://marketplace.secondlife.com

But what is there to do? For each it appeals for different reasons. Originally it was pulled with the freedom of creation, which was soon turned into less freedom. You can build in public sandboxes, but you need to put that in your inventory to keep it. In order to leave your stuff out (or have a home) you need to rent land. Which in turn costs real world money.
There are also roleplay areas, clubbing seems to be very popular (I don't know why because people stand there without interaction), but mostly socialising.

There is a destinations guide somewhere on the website there, to give you an impression. Some places also host special events, but 99% of those are geared towards selling stuff.

It was cool when it was new between 2004 and 2007, after that it became rapidly a bug-ridden commercial virtual world fest with less intelligent content than on FB.

I 'overheard' a conversation recently and it blew my mind! I'm getting slowly used to reading gibberish as an expression of something. (I refuse to even try to understand omgfts like textspeak.) I simply don't even engage in a conversation opened by 'hwru'. Especially not in roleplay areas (which incidentally is done through text and loads of it). The laziness shown with the 'hwru' is a sign to me that someone is not even interested in a real conversation. Keep in mind we're not typing on a phone, but a full PC/Mac keyboard!

And then I encountered this... Is this how people speak nowadays?
A: omg hoe
A: lmao you bettte get a new one
B: i cant turn around
B: lol
A: you've been a nico for a week
B: lmfaoo ikr

B: :**
B: i cant be a niconight hoely2 !
A: LMAOO

It baffles me why these two refer to each other as agricultural tools (hoe) or female dogs (bitch).
Seriously! That's NOT how you talk to friends... Is it? Has the world gone this mad while I wasn't paying attention?

So Second Life? Nah, just stick to a game which doesn't cost as much.

By the way, is "nico" newcomer? Does anybody know?

Thanks Perturbee for the info. I read a little about it, a while back, but just enough to see it was similar, but different than Sims. Or I thought was similar, anyway. But yeah, if I'm gonna end up paying real $ over & over, I think I'll pass, cause I'm not in a place where I can do that right now. I don't mind paying for it up front, but whether it's free to DL or not, I'm not gonna keep on putting $ in it either way. It sounds complicated, but I imagine once your used to it, it's ok. But, oh well, it was a shot!
But as far as the way people talk, they do say that. My daughter is 22 & her crowd might say stuff like that on occasion, but not all the time. I can't help on the 'nico' part though, but it possibly could be.

To clarify, it's not a game. You steer your avatar much like the main character in a 3rd person view game.
It's simply a virtual world to socialize in, or create an alternative life as a human, orc, elf, whatever tickles your fancy.
There's not a one-off upfront fee, but lots of shops inside this virtual world are owned by residents.
Homes can be rented for a recurring fee (both through Linden Labs and private landlords).

Unless you are some sort of creator and marketeer (and manage to generate income), it's very expensive.
The learning curve is steep!
