I like that furniture can go right next to it. I wish all clocks and pictures had this feature (and windows with curtains!) They can also be placed outside.

After having no problem with the event, I just had the frustration of repeated game crashes. That is, game blinks out and when restarted, all sims are idle by mailboxes except babies in cribs.
