I just checked and 2 houses that were under cap are now over cap. I hadn't changed anything. I wonder if they're trying to deal with the build mode lag we're seeing, which I think is due to the (in my opinion) stupid and useless "recommended" tab. I reached object cap in one of my houses ...

I would love to see different types of roofs like in sims 4 where we can customise the roof and have different shapes and slants. If that happens, we can also build attics
And some vines which we can add over a wall(this is too much to ask, I know ).
