I have been asked for a golden clapper at least twice during the movie studio event but since then I've never been asked for golden resources again.

Same thing happened to me. I lost at least 200 lp but decided not to reset since I didn't want to lose my progress. I'm still bummed about it and I'll definitely pay more attention next time I'm trading resources.

I've had the same problem a couple of times and for me just closing and reopening the game fixed it.
