"no network" trick worked with my game on Android. Probably mobile internet connection should also be turned off.

Had to bulid 2-3 houses, did again aerobics hobby and completed again 4-5 careers (1 for preteen! - student) and then got all prizes for my 2 4-5 years old games - 17 keys and a lot of stuff (incl. 4-5 houses and outfits) - not bad for 1 hour :) Bad thing is that new version not works on android v4....

Bah, i can't even connect to FB, at least on phone (on tablets dialog window is bigger on even smaller resolutions) - it shows one stupid dialog about cookies policy and most of it is out of the screen and is impossible to use - so only option for game save on android is Google Play. Screenshot_2020...

btw, facebook logging now works - looks like it's been fixed.

Got same error on Asus tablet runing Android 4.2 - no fix for now. I play 2 Freeplay games on 2 devices - one no need Neighbours - so only solution i found for now is to use Google Play for cloud save and wait for fix for Facebook login - probably with next update
