Has anyone been having this problem any more? I just got an email saying they're marking the ticket resolved. I've been logging out and in before exiting each time just in case but would like to know if it's really been resolved.

I put a ticket in, haven't heard anything.

Clearing out more memory seemed to work for me. I still log out and in before exiting, just in case. Good luck!

I'm on Android. I keep logging off and on before exiting and along will clearing some more memory haven't had the issue since posting, knock on wood.

There is an issue I've been having that when I re-enter the game after a few hours the sims are not busy doing what they were set to do. The sim tracker shows them all available. It's very difficult to complete the quest this way, not to mention losing out on xp and simolians from gardening as well ...

I can't find Grim at my DIY house. Has anyone else had this problem? Tried leaving and sending a different Sim and tried restarting the game. Thanks in advance!
